Before the seminar, the organizer held the news conference of new book Private Equity LP, and Ms. Ji Hong introduced the basic situations of the relevant series of books. The author Mr. Lu Yuebing introduced the background and content of this book. Ms. Zhang Liping and Mr. Hou Bo made speeches. Mr. Wang Zhongmin fully affirmed the new book. First of all, as China's first systematic monograph for studying on private equity LP, this book has filled the market blank. At the same time, this book not only studied the accumulated theories and practices in the development of global private equity market, but also deeply researched the global governance framework of typical Chinese-style guiding fund, Fund of Funds, secondary market and other issues, which is of great theoretical and practical significance.

On the Seminar of "Capital Allocation Strategy, Investment Practice and Operation", Mr. Wang Zhongmin gave a keynote speech on the overall development of the private equity market from different perspectives. Mr. Chen Chao gave a keynote speech entitled Large Investors and Private Equity Investment. In addition, the guests including Ms. Zhang Qi, Ms. Fang Xiangming, Mr. Shi Liang, and Mr. Zuo Chuanchang have discussed deeply around the themes of the latest development characteristics and trends of private equity LP, policies and market prospects of the Chinese government's guiding fund and industry fund, influence of financial development of PPP and AMC on the pattern of private equity fund LP, and private equity and cross-border merger and acquisition.

It is known that this is the first seminar held by Green Legal Global Alliance. With the release of the new book as an opportunity, though this book has a directional guidance on the development of private equity market, many specific issues still need to be deeply researched, explored and practiced by industry subjects and the relevant institutions. Green Legal Global Alliance, as a transdisciplinary alliance focuses on medium, has determined the first batch of research topics that  closely related to private equity market development and set up the project through the seminar. The follow-up topics will be launched and implemented subsequently. Next, focusing on the topic, the Green Legal Research Institute will carry out research to promote smooth implementation of topic research activities to form research reports or professional writings for reference of decisions by government agencies and industry associations, also as the practical guidelines of the industry subjects.
