Green Legal Global Alliance (GLGA) is the first cross-border alliance in China initiated jointly by legal service, academic research, financial institution, industry entities, enterprise incubation, Internet, innovation, media and other organizations and related groups. With the law as core element and the Internet as platform, depending on the Research Institute and with the international perspective, the alliance focuses on the professional areas, pays attention to medium, and stresses on innovation. It aims at addressing industry tough issues, mining industry opportunities, creating an industry think tank, and cultivating backbone for the industry, being committed to creating a green three-dimensional legal ecosphere including law, economy, society and humanity.

Green Legal Global Alliance (GLGA) is composed of management institutions, GLGA Research Institute and each industry alliance. Management institutions are the Advisory Committee, the Management Committee, the Board of Directors and the Secretariat.

Green Legal Global Alliance, benefitting from legal elements, research Institute and the Internet platform, has emerged as an integrated model, which is oriented at topic research and focuses on the cultivation of backbone force. Putting the green three-dimensional ecosystem high on the development agenda, strives to combine theories with practice, and engages in studies on every front, thus forming an operational mode characterizing with the projects at both horizontal and vertical directions. At the same time, the Alliance has dovetailed the on-line and off-line activities closely for a effective interaction climate by means of such activities as forums, seminars, meetings, product launch events with special themes, friendship associations.

As a part of the management committee, Secretariat is responsible for the daily management, operation and execution of the Green Legal Global Alliance (GLGA), headquartered in International Trade Centre (Phase III), Chaoyang District, Beijing.

As a permanent base for Green Legal Global Alliance (GLGA)'s research and industry exchange, Innovation & Development Center is to, through cross-industry integration and interconnection, build an open, inclusive, co-building and sharing intelligent platform, construct a community of shared future for the industry, and establish the most valuable law think tank for the industry in China. The Center is located in Beijing CBD.

GLGA adhere to the international development strategy, actively explore international academic exchanges, and with several international top think-tank, to establish a stable and fruitful exchange mechanism, is the world economic development prospect of hot issues related to the international first-class think-tank, government departments and large financial institutions strategic dialogue exchanges, promote China and the world economic and financial open communication and common development.

GLGA Research Institute is a comprehensive think tank of non-official, semi-tight and industrial property which engages in basic research, innovation research, interdisciplinary research, and frontier research, and a base gathering, discovering and cultivating the backbone force of the industry for Green Legal Global Alliance (GLGA).
